UX Designer

Are you a Figma expert ready to make a real impact? This role isn’t about building a design system from scratch — it’s about hands-on problem-solving and making Figma a seamless, powerful tool for our Services designers.

As part of the Design Ops team, you’ll use your advanced technical skills to audit files, resolve issues, and build custom Figma solutions that help our teams work faster and more accurately. You’ll directly shape how we deliver quality designs to clients and ensure our workflows are efficient and scalable.

You’ll act as the central point of contact for Services designers, maintaining a backlog of improvements, investigating issues, and finding opportunities to enhance our processes. With over 70 designers and researchers across the organisation, we’re looking for someone with critical thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of Figma to elevate our design operations.

What you’ll do

You’ll audit design files, fix inconsistencies, and ensure alignment with product counterparts. You’ll interpret results from AI test automation, report and triage bugs, and propose solutions that improve accuracy and usability. You’ll also maintain our Figma Playbook, ensuring files are consistent and optimised across all projects.

By consolidating and managing feedback from Services designers, you’ll help prevent duplicate work, streamline collaboration, and maintain high design standards across the team.

What you’ll bring

You have advanced Figma expertise, with deep knowledge of design libraries, token architecture, components, variables, modes, theming, and automation. You’re experienced in scripting or writing plugins, with an AI-forward mindset. You’re proficient in Jira and backlog planning, and familiar with front-end coding languages for web, iOS, and Android.

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, a strong attention to detail, and a solid track record of problem-solving in a design operations context. You’re comfortable auditing files, identifying misused components, and improving workflows to help designers deliver their best work.
