The Role
We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our centralised design team. This hybrid role will see you shape the foundations of our design system with FUSE, while also working across product and growth to deliver new features and products.
You’ll move fluidly between defining component behaviour, writing documentation, designing new features, and helping acquire new customers. You’ll work across a wide range of product areas, shaping every corner of our product from the foundations up.
This is your chance to shape how design works inside a scaling company. You’ll help build the foundations of our design system while also shipping new features and flows. Every decision you make will ripple across web and mobile products, growth funnels, and the systems that allow our small team to deliver at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define components, patterns, and usage rules alongside designers and engineers.
Apply design foundations across web and mobile apps.
Contribute to team rituals such as reviews and critiques.
Create documentation, templates, and guidance that product teams can adopt with confidence.
Work with product teams and engineers to apply these foundations in practice.
Contribute directly to new features, flows, and acquisition funnels.
Apply strong UX fundamentals to make experiences clear, usable, and trustworthy.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketers to deliver meaningful customer value.
Spot and codify new patterns so our system evolves with our products.
Explore how automation and AI can extend our impact.
What We’re Looking For
Experience contributing to or working with a design system, ideally across both Figma and code.
Strong UX fundamentals in interaction design, usability, and accessibility.
A systems mindset, thinking in terms of patterns and reusability, not just individual screens.
An eye for visuals, bringing clarity and polish to interfaces.
Ability to work closely with engineers to shape components and products in code.
Strong communication skills, from writing documentation to explaining design choices.
Comfort with variety, flexing between system work and hands-on product design.
A curious self-starter who pushes ideas forward.
Exposure to design ops, design tooling, or AI-assisted workflows.
Experience with design-to-production workflows, including CI/CD and automated testing.
Prior work in a scaling product organisation with multiple teams and surfaces.
