UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you’ll own and shape the experience across their suite of tools, working at the intersection of developer workflows, technical complexity, and intuitive design.

What You’ll Do

Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for developer-facing tools.

Conduct user research with engineers to understand workflows and pain points.

Translate complex, technical systems into usable, clear interfaces.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to balance feasibility with user needs.

Develop and maintain EngFlow’s design system and visual language.

Advocate for user-centered design in a highly technical environment.

Requirements

Experience designing UX for technical products — ideally developer tools, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software.

Portfolio showing user-centered design process and end-to-end delivery.

Strong user research and usability testing skills, especially with technical audiences.

Ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent tools.

Strong communicator, able to explain design intent to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
