Role Overview
As part of Experian’s UX Design team, the UX Designer will create user-centred, engaging digital experiences for consumer-facing web and mobile financial products. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and Marketers to design and refine responsive websites and native apps. This is a remote position reporting to the User Experience Director.
Responsibilities
You will lead large-scale UX projects, improving design processes and delivering high-quality experiences through collaboration and feedback.
You will design across both web and mobile platforms to ensure consistency and usability across Experian’s digital ecosystem.
You will work with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and align design strategies with overall goals.
You will create user-centred assets such as journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, informed by research, usability testing, and iterative feedback.
About You
You have a bachelor’s degree in UX, Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
You bring at least two years of experience in UX/UI and digital product design, with a portfolio demonstrating responsive design work.
You are proficient in Figma, Jira, and other modern design tools, with experience working in Agile environments and with design systems.
You have a track record of translating research and requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions.
