The Role
Design and UX are central to every product built at Zeta. As a UX Designer I, you will bring to life experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and delightful — solving complex problems for customers ranging from first-time users to advanced experts.
You will work with Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the design process: creating user flows, wireframes, UI mockups, and prototypes. You’ll anticipate user needs, advocate for them, and deliver experiences that solve real problems while surprising and delighting users.
Responsibilities
Support senior designers in delivering world-class interaction designs from concept through to launch.
Solve complex design challenges in simple, intuitive ways that combine brand personality, visuals, motion, and sound for delightful experiences.
Create and evaluate design solutions informed by user research and goals.
Produce visualizations such as storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to iterate and deliver seamlessly.
Advocate for design decisions by aligning them with both business and user goals.
Work independently and manage your own priorities.
Qualifications
0–2 years of interaction design experience.
Experience in UI design, data visualization, and prototyping.
Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD). Familiarity with tools like Principle, Framer, Webflow, or Adobe Suite is a plus.
Ability to recognize and predict user flows, edge cases, and interaction patterns.
Good understanding of information design, user psychology, and UX copywriting.
Experience in prototyping or front-end development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
