As a UX Designer, you’ll craft high-quality, intuitive, and consistent user experiences, placing the user at the centre of every decision. You’ll lead discovery processes to uncover business needs, validate solutions, and track UX metrics for continuous improvement. Working closely with developers, product teams, and fellow designers, you’ll ensure designs align with business objectives and maintain high design standards.
You’ll work within the Real Estate Tribe, balancing multiple squads and collaborating with product counterparts to shape impactful user-centric features. You’ll conduct research, lead ideation workshops, create prototypes, and validate solutions through testing. Collaboration with visual designers and design system managers will be key to maintaining consistency and desirability across products.
The ideal candidate has strong experience as a UX or Product Designer in an agile environment, skilled at breaking down complex problems and delivering results through collaboration and empathy. You should be data-informed, comfortable leading discovery activities, and experienced in global product initiatives. Strong storytelling and communication skills are essential, as is fluency in English. Experience in real estate is an advantage.
Leboncoin offers flexible working conditions, attractive compensation including variable pay and profit-sharing, meal vouchers, health and insurance coverage, and tailored career development opportunities.
