UX Designer

Natera

As part of Natera’s UX Design & Research team, you’ll work closely and collaboratively with your product and development partners to create outstanding experiences for medical providers across Women’s Health, Oncology, and Organ Health.

What you will be doing

You’ll design and ship impactful products, collaborating with product partners to deliver new features that align with team objectives. You’ll create workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that capture solutions to product requirements, while also drawing sketches, illustrations, and storyboards to visualise experiences.

You’ll conduct user research to understand both patient and provider experiences, identifying friction points and areas of improvement. You’ll also support engineering partners throughout the development lifecycle to ensure smooth and timely delivery of features.

Elevate Natera’s Design Practice

You’ll help define the metrics used to assess design quality and guide further iterations. You’ll contribute to growing the Natera Design System by creating new components and refining internal processes to establish the design team as a reliable and predictable partner to stakeholders.

We want to hear from you if you have

At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, with a portfolio showcasing 2–3 projects you’re particularly proud of. You’ve contributed to and used design systems at scale and have experience designing complex enterprise applications. You’re passionate about your craft, producing refined deliverables, and collaborating closely with product managers and software developers.

Experience in healthcare or biotech is a plus, as is conducting user research with sensitive populations.
