UX Designer

Workday’s AI Experiences team is building agentic and assistant experiences that define how artificial intelligence is trusted and used at enterprise scale. The team focuses on creating intuitive AI features and centralised patterns that support more than 60 million users worldwide.

About the Role

As a Senior UX Designer on the AI Experiences team, you’ll work across the entire Workday product line. You’ll collaborate with researchers, product designers, interaction designers and visual designers, focusing on making advanced AI experiences simple, human, and trustworthy. The role includes designing at scale for millions of global users, bringing clarity to complex enterprise workflows, and shaping the evolution of interaction design in the age of AI.

You will join a UX organisation of more than 180 worldwide, including over 50 in Dublin, and play a part in building AI features that transform Workday’s platform while maintaining a people-first approach.

About You

You are an experienced designer with a passion for tackling complexity and creating elegant, user-centred solutions for web and mobile. You have a deep understanding of AI technology and how to design responsibly to build user trust. You bring strong interaction design and information architecture expertise, understanding how taxonomies and ontologies improve enterprise UX. You communicate clearly and persuasively, and you excel at collaborating with product managers, engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

You have at least 4 years of industry experience, including 1 year working on AI products. You hold a degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience. Your portfolio shows simple, usable interfaces for complex systems. You are proficient with Figma or modern design tools, experienced with prototyping for AI-driven experiences, and comfortable presenting work at all levels of an organisation.
