
UX Designer

We’re looking for a UX Designer to help shape intuitive, user-friendly experiences across Zoom’s growing suite of products.You’ll analyse user behaviour, build out personas and journeys, and craft thoughtful design solutions from start to finish.
You’ll bring deep design knowledge, attention to detail, and a user-first mindset to every stage of the product lifecycle — and help us improve how millions of people collaborate.
What You’ll Do
You’ll analyse user needs and challenges to uncover what makes great experiences.
You’ll create personas, journey maps, and design documentation that guides development.
You’ll explore and evaluate ideas that improve our interface design across platforms.
You’ll apply best practices and interface standards to create usable, accessible solutions.
You’ll produce detailed specifications that help engineers bring your designs to life.
What We’re Looking For
You’ve got a Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field like HCI, Industrial or Interaction Design, Architecture Design, or something similar.
You’ve worked in a UX role for at least two years, bringing experience in design systems, usability testing, and user-centred design.
You know your way around Figma, Sketch, or similar tools — and you’re confident in both visual and interaction design.
You’ve worked across content strategy, user research, and can think strategically about design decisions.
You’re clear, collaborative, and great at working across teams.
Location & Flexibility
This role is based in the U.S. and allows for telecommuting from various locations.
Zoom uses a hybrid approach to work — combining remote flexibility with intentional in-person time for collaboration.
Salary
Starting base salary range:
$165,422 – $186,000 USD
Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. Zoom’s Total Direct Compensation also includes bonus opportunities and equity.
