UX/UI Designer

As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll join Ferrovial’s corporate digital team to shape the design and user experience of digital products across diverse business areas. You’ll define value propositions, design intuitive and scalable interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring user-centered design to life across platforms.

You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into thoughtful, functional, and visually cohesive solutions. Using Figma, you’ll create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with Ferrovial’s brand and design system.

The ideal candidate has a user-centered mindset, a keen eye for detail, and experience designing within Agile environments. You’ll need proficiency in Figma, familiarity with design systems, and a solid understanding of user research methods. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
