About the Team
You’ll join a dynamic international Product Team with Product Owners, a Data Analyst, a Solution Architect, and engineers. This role reports to the Head of Product.
The Role
As UX/UI Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end design lifecycle — improving current features while shaping what’s next. You’ll be embedded in all stages of development, working hands-on with users, engineers, and product owners.
Responsibilities
Actively contribute across discovery, design, delivery, and iteration.
Engage directly with users via interviews, visits, and behaviour monitoring.
Run usability and A/B testing to validate concepts.
Translate insights into design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Implement AI in your workflows for efficiency.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for successful implementation.
Requirements
4+ years of UX/UI design experience.
Proven track record in web and app product design with portfolio of shipped products.
Fluency with Figma, including design systems.
Experience running usability studies and iterating on evidence.
Strong communication in English; Dutch is a plus.
Start-up mentality, proactive and collaborative.
Bonus: Framer experience.
