UX/UI Designer

As a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer, you’ll work on complex, real-world design problems across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers to craft intuitive experiences for legal professionals. From ideation to delivery, you’ll take ownership of design outcomes that directly impact how lawyers manage their daily work.

Your work will include designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, simplifying complex workflows, conducting user testing, and contributing to LEAP’s design system. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead design critiques, iterate on feedback, and help shape product strategy in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience designing digital products, ideally enterprise or workflow-heavy tools. You’ll need strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Figma, and an understanding of accessibility and usability principles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and a passion for user-centred design are essential.
