Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Vertice, you’ll join a growing design function and work closely with Product and Engineering to solve complex, data-heavy user problems. This role focuses on designing analytics dashboards, data visualizations, and interaction patterns that help customers understand and manage technology spend with confidence.

You’ll work end to end across the design process, from discovery and research through wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes. The role requires comfort moving fluidly between UX problem-solving and UI craft, with a strong emphasis on clarity, usability, and system-level thinking. You’ll also contribute to the evolution of Vertice’s design system, helping establish consistent, scalable patterns across the product.

Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers to ship new features from scratch, work with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs, and conduct user testing with both internal and external stakeholders to validate design decisions. You’ll also collaborate with fellow designers to refine concepts and raise the overall quality bar across the product.
