UX/UI Product Designer (AI-First)

Adverity

Adverity is looking for a creative, forward-thinking UX/UI Product Designer with an AI-first mindset to join the team driving its data democratisation initiative. This role focuses on designing AI-powered tools that make complex marketing and analytics data accessible to business users, regardless of technical background.

You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional product environment, working closely with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and users to define problems, shape solutions, and validate ideas. A key part of the role is translating complex, data-heavy challenges into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and intuitive product experiences.

Discovery and definition are central to the role. You’ll analyse complex problem domains, explore solution directions, and rapidly prototype ideas using tools like Figma Make. You’ll support usability testing and UX research, drawing insights from real user behaviour and close collaboration with Customer Support teams.

On the design side, you’ll ideate and visualise AI-powered, user-centred solutions that create meaningful value and differentiate the product. Your work will span from early wireframes and user flows to polished, high-fidelity layouts. You’ll actively integrate AI tools such as Gemini and Figma Make into your workflow to accelerate ideation, exploration, and prototyping.

During delivery, you’ll create detailed design specifications and high-fidelity prototypes, working closely with front-end engineers to ensure high-quality execution. You’ll contribute to Adverity’s Design-to-Code initiative, exploring ways to automate and streamline the transition from Figma designs to production-ready code. Collaboration extends across product, engineering, design, copywriting, data, marketing, and legal teams.

This role suits a designer with three to five years of UX/UI experience, ideally within B2B SaaS and data-heavy products such as analytics, BI, or integration platforms. A strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, design system experience, and AI-native product work is essential. Familiarity with AdTech or MarTech ecosystems is a strong advantage, while interest in design-to-code workflows and basic front-end knowledge is a plus.

The position is based in either Vienna or London, with flexible hybrid working. Adverity offers flexible hours, an internal shares program, ergonomic workspaces, modern offices, sustainability initiatives, paid social responsibility days, and additional benefits depending on location.
