Product Designer

AutogenAI is hiring a mid-to-senior level Product Designer to help shape the next generation of its AI-powered proposal and bid writing platform. The role spans the full product design lifecycle, from discovery and problem definition through to polished UI, with a strong focus on designing AI-assisted workflows that enable users to collaborate effectively with generative systems while maintaining clarity, control, and trust.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to design end-to-end user journeys, produce flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and contribute to the evolution of the design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and high craft quality. The role also involves running or supporting user research and usability testing, advocating for user needs, and collaborating deeply with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and high-quality delivery.

Candidates should have solid experience designing complex web-based SaaS products, ideally in B2B environments, supported by a portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and production-ready UI for multi-step workflows. Proficiency in Figma, strong communication skills, comfort in fast-moving environments, and a genuine interest in AI-driven user experiences are essential. Exposure to generative AI products, enterprise or compliance-heavy workflows, accessibility practices, or document-centric collaboration tools is advantageous.
