Junior Product Designer

Deutsche Bank Technology is hiring a Junior Product Designer (f/m/x) to join its Corporate Bank Technology team in Berlin, supporting the Commercial Banking division. You’ll be part of a growing tech hub focused on building digital banking solutions for small and medium-sized enterprise clients across Germany.

In this role, you’ll work closely with designers, developers, and product teams in an agile environment, contributing to the design of mobile and web banking products. From early sketches to polished interfaces, you’ll help turn complex business and user needs into clear, accessible, and user-centred experiences. You’ll support research activities such as user interviews and usability testing, design and prototype interfaces using Figma, and collaborate on delivering high-quality applications that follow platform guidelines.

You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of the design system, learning from experienced designers while growing your craft across UX, UI, and product thinking. This role suits someone with a few years of experience in product or UX/UI design, a strong portfolio, curiosity to learn, and confidence working in collaborative teams. Strong English is required, with German considered a plus.
