Product Designer

Kodify

Kodify is a technology-driven company with over 15 years of experience producing world-class video content and building high-traffic digital platforms used by millions of users globally. All content, platforms, and products are created in-house, with a strong focus on research, optimisation, and long-term product quality.

As a Product Designer at Kodify, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to define and deliver user-centred solutions that improve both core products and new features. This role plays a key part in shaping product direction, visual design, and overall user experience across web-based platforms.

You’ll be responsible for designing experiences across the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, and recovery. Your work will directly support user engagement and loyalty by translating business goals and user needs into thoughtful, conversion-focused design solutions.

The role involves creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to clearly communicate design ideas. You’ll design clean, modern, and responsive interfaces for multiple devices, including landing pages optimised for conversion. You’ll manage the full visual design process from early concept through final hand-off to engineering.

A strong user-centred design approach is expected, with regular testing and iteration based on customer feedback. You’ll conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys, and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and improve product outcomes.

This position is based in Barcelona with a flexible hybrid setup. Kodify operates with core collaboration hours between 10:00 and 15:00 CET, daily virtual stand-ups, and otherwise flexible scheduling that supports autonomy and work-life balance.

Kodify offers a comprehensive benefits package including private health insurance, a Ticket Restaurant card, flexitime with half-day Fridays, additional parental leave, sabbaticals after long-term tenure, a training and conference budget equivalent to 10 percent of salary, company-wide off-sites, modern offices, and a strong culture of collaboration and innovation.

This role is well suited to a mid-level product designer with strong UX/UI fundamentals, experience designing SaaS or consumer-facing digital products, and confidence working across research, interaction design, and visual execution in a fast-moving environment.
