Senior Product Designer

Landbot is hiring a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of its no-code AI chatbot and conversational automation platform, used by businesses in more than 80 countries across web, WhatsApp, and Messenger. You will join a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, and product managers working in an agile, product-focused environment to design intuitive and engaging AI-powered experiences that enable teams to automate meaningful customer conversations.

In this role, you will lead design initiatives from discovery through delivery, partnering closely with product and engineering to define problems, success metrics, and user impact. Responsibilities include conducting research and continuous discovery, translating insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and elevating product quality through strong visual craft, interaction design, and contribution to the design system. You will also help foster a collaborative feedback culture while influencing product direction and maintaining a balance between usability, delight, and measurable business outcomes.

The position is suited to designers with more than four years of experience in product-focused environments, strong UX expertise, data-driven decision-making skills, and comfort working in fast-moving startup contexts using Lean UX and agile methodologies. Candidates must be fluent in English and eligible to work in Spain. Experience with no-code tools, AI-driven products, or conversational automation platforms is considered an advantage.
