In 2025, we’re expanding into a full CRM Suite, starting with CRM Campaigns, a product designed to help users build and manage AI-powered marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our newly formed monday Campaigns team in London. This role is perfect for a design leader who thrives in complexity, is deeply customer-focused, and delivers elegant solutions at scale.

About the Role

Partner with product and engineering leads to define strategic priorities and translate them into actionable user experiences.

Manage, support, and grow another Product Designer on the team.

Own the design deliverables for CRM Campaigns product features.

Design innovative flows and systems that empower marketers to do their best work.

Integrate AI tools and features to transform how marketers operate.

Collaborate across teams and time zones (London & Tel Aviv) with an async mindset and strong communication skills.

Contribute to monday.com’s wider design culture by sharing learnings, driving best practices, and pushing craft forward.

Requirements

7+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years mentoring or directing designers.

A proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and contributing to strategic product direction.

Strong UX skills, with a portfolio showcasing complex workflows and interactive, data-driven experiences.

Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail.

Experience with user research, including generative research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping.

Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

Team-first mindset with strong communication skills.

Interest in how AI can redefine workflows and improve efficiency.

Nice to Have

Previous SaaS/B2C or enterprise-focused experience.

Prior experience managing Product Designers.
