Product Designer

Packmatic is hiring a Product Designer to help shape the future of packaging management. The company builds a digital platform that connects businesses with a Europe-wide network of packaging suppliers, making it easier to reduce costs, meet sustainability regulations, and manage packaging specifications at scale. With strong backing from investors and a fast-growing team, Packmatic is focused on transforming how packaging is developed and procured.

As a Product Designer, you’ll work closely with the founding team and have meaningful creative freedom from day one. The role spans the full design process, from leading user research through to shaping features and supporting implementation with engineering. You’ll run interviews, gather insights, translate complex requirements into usable solutions, and collaborate closely with product and technical partners to ensure shared alignment throughout development. A key part of the role is continuously improving the product through data, user feedback, and iterative refinement.

Packmatic is looking for designers with at least three years of experience in SaaS or B2B environments, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work. You’ll need strong interaction design skills, systems thinking, the ability to simplify complexity, and confidence working in evolving environments. Experience with Figma is essential, and fluency in German and English is required to collaborate effectively across teams.
