The Role
As a Product Designer at Cerebral, you’ll play a key role in shaping how clients discover, understand, and engage with Cerebral’s services. You’ll work across marketing and growth teams to design and test high-impact experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing stakeholders to improve all top-of-funnel experiences — including the marketing site, emails, landing pages, and user communications. This is a remote role reporting to the VP of Product and embedded within Cerebral’s lean, collaborative product design team.
What You’ll Do
Design high-quality, end-to-end user experiences that move clients through the conversion funnel.
Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and full-fidelity designs with strong attention to usability and brand alignment.
Translate user and business goals into intuitive, scalable design solutions.
Partner with product managers and marketing to design A/B and multivariate tests that validate hypotheses.
Facilitate user testing, gather insights, and iterate based on data and feedback.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and marketing to deliver production-ready assets.
Stay informed on emerging UX/UI tools, trends, and best practices.
Who You Are
You have 2+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer.
You have a proven track record designing impactful, high-quality digital experiences.
You’re confident presenting your design process, rationale, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
You have experience with qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and motivations.
You’re familiar with designing and optimizing for conversion funnels and running A/B tests.
You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and can adapt quickly to feedback.
You understand responsive design principles and accessibility best practices.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Compensation
National Base Salary Range: $115,000 – $135,000 USD
Compensation may include base salary, annual performance bonuses, and stock options.
