Product Designer - Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Contract Product Designer to join us for three months and own the redesign of the billing module in Found, our SaaS platform for care providers.

You’ll work directly with product, engineers, and subject matter experts to reimagine how providers handle billing and payments, making workflows simpler, faster, and more intuitive so providers can spend less time on admin and more time on residents.

This is a specialist IC role where you’ll bring deep product design expertise and deliver high-quality, production-ready design quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Partner closely with product, engineers, and subject matter experts to understand provider workflows and billing pain points.

Lead user research, map journeys, and simplify complexity into intuitive experiences.

Turn insights into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final designs that give confidence to stakeholders and users.

Collaborate with engineering throughout delivery to ensure solutions are practical and high-quality.

Apply and extend the design system where appropriate, flexing when unique solutions are needed.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced product designer with a strong track record in SaaS or complex workflow design.

Skilled at simplifying complexity into clear, user-friendly flows.

Confident leading user research and shaping practical solutions.

Able to work independently, move fast, and ship designs without heavy process.

Collaborative by nature, bringing people along in your design thinking.

Solid visual design skills, with UX and problem-solving as your superpower.

Not the Right Fit If

You want to focus on marketing visuals or landing pages — this role is about workflow UX and solving complex problems.

You’re uncomfortable working closely with partners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.

You’re not at ease in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
