Your Role
You’ll join the Platform Design team, which supports the foundational experiences and cross-platform features that power Dialpad’s AI business communications suite. This is an opportunity to explore diverse product challenges and craft experiences that help people communicate better through thoughtful, human-centred design.

You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to design scalable solutions that drive impact across the entire ecosystem. This role suits someone who enjoys experimentation, adapts quickly, and embraces AI tools as part of the design process.

You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Product Design and be based in our London office on a hybrid schedule.

What You’ll Do
Design clear, scalable experiences across the Dialpad platform in collaboration with designers, engineers, and product managers.
Participate in discovery and ideation to translate insights into user flows, prototypes, and design solutions.
Align with cross-functional teams to move work from concept through to implementation.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, generate ideas, and explore design variations.
Apply strong interaction and visual design principles to improve usability and consistency.
Present your work confidently and integrate feedback into the design process.
Support usability testing and ongoing research to continually refine the product experience.

Skills You’ll Bring
2–4 years of product design experience.
A portfolio that demonstrates strength in visual design, interaction design, and UX thinking.
Curiosity and adaptability across a variety of projects and problem spaces.
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across disciplines.
Openness to feedback and a habit of iterating quickly.
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for ideation, design, and research.
Commitment to inclusive and accessible design practices.

Extra-Special Candidates Will Have
Deep experience leveraging AI tools in their design workflow.
Background in communications, collaboration, contact centre, or AI products.
Experience working with front-end technologies and partnering closely with engineers.
Previous experience designing for SaaS or large platform environments.
