Your Role
As a Senior Product Designer at Landbot, you’ll help shape how companies build intuitive, engaging chat-based workflows that support their sales and support goals.
You care deeply about the product you’re building, the problems you’re solving, and how the product experience delivers value. You don’t just follow—you lead, take initiative, and drive design work across the team.
What You’ll Do
Own and advocate for the user experience across your squad.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to design and implement user-first solutions.
Lead research and discovery initiatives alongside your product and engineering counterparts.
Use design thinking to solve both product and process problems—whether with prototypes or simply a conversation.
Create wireframes, flows, storyboards, prototypes, and other visuals to communicate your ideas clearly.
Own and evolve the design system, ensuring brand consistency and UX excellence throughout.
Follow your designs from concept through to live A/B tests and user validation.
Help define best practices and maintain high-quality design standards across the platform.
What We’re Looking For
You have 4+ years in product design roles, ideally in product-first environments.
You’ve got a strong grasp of Lean UX and Agile ways of working.
You love user discovery and know how to turn interviews or product data into actionable insights.
You thrive on simplifying complex systems into clear, usable experiences.
You’re confident communicating ideas and aligning stakeholders—even when there’s disagreement.
You work well in fast-paced, collaborative startup environments.
You take an iterative approach and care more about meaningful progress than pixel perfection.
You're fluent in both English and Spanish.
You’re eligible to work in Spain.
Nice to Have
A background in tech, analytics, or business.
Experience in B2B SaaS, chatbots, inbox tooling, no-code platforms, or gaming.
