About the Role
As Senior Product Designer in the Automate team within the Genesis Tribe, you’ll design tools that help customer care agents handle complex travel requests more easily and efficiently. This role blends internal tooling with customer experience, impacting how our support team delivers exceptional service. The Automate squad focuses on AI-driven workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability for internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design workflow automation tools that speed up and simplify complex travel requests.
Collaborate with customer care teams to understand workflows and pain points.
Work with engineers to create intuitive interfaces that reduce manual work.
Conduct research with internal users to validate design decisions.
Leverage and evolve our design system for internal tools.
Design for high efficiency and low cognitive load in time-sensitive scenarios.
Iterate quickly based on data and feedback.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in product design within cross-functional teams.
Ability to simplify complex processes into intuitive experiences.
Strong communication skills and ability to present design rationale clearly.
Bonus:
Experience designing internal tools or automation workflows.
Understanding of customer support environments.
Experience designing for professional user workflows.
