Senior UX Designer
PlayStation
PlayStation is more than the Best Place to Play — it’s also one of the best places to work. As part of Sony Interactive Entertainment, PlayStation delivers the PS5, PS4, PlayStation VR, and a wide range of celebrated games and services.
This role sits within the PlayStation Partners Platform team, which helps game creators publish and support their titles on the PlayStation Store. The team’s mission is to make publishing as seamless and supportive as possible, empowering developers around the world.
About the role
As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll work on enterprise-level tools used by thousands of game developers and publishers. You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional team, shaping experiences across digital publishing, store content, developer support, and sales analytics. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to improve tools that impact PlayStation's entire partner ecosystem.
This is a permanent position based in London. The team works in a hybrid setup — 3–4 days remote and 1–2 days in the central office near Tottenham Court Road.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for designing improvements to the PS Partners platform — from small iterations to major leaps. Your initial focus will be on improving how support services are delivered through the platform. You’ll create design solutions from concept to release, working in Figma and using flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
You’ll collaborate with developers to bring designs to life, balancing technical feasibility and product quality. You’ll work closely with product managers to scope work, define roadmaps, and advocate for an evidence-led, user-first approach. You’ll also present your work regularly to stakeholders and support design initiatives across the wider UX team.
What they’re looking for
At least 5 years of experience in UX or digital product design, ideally in enterprise or B2B software. You’ll need strong UX fundamentals, including user flows, IA, and UI design. Experience with service design and mapping complex user journeys is a big plus.
You should be comfortable conducting research, running usability testing, and iterating based on feedback. You’ll also need experience facilitating workshops, and presenting design decisions to both technical and non-technical teams. A portfolio that clearly shows your process is required.
Equal Opportunity
PlayStation is an equal opportunity employer and a Fair Chance employer. They value diversity and are committed to building an inclusive team across race, gender, identity, age, ability, and background.
