ServiceNow is hiring a Product Designer to join its Impact team in Dublin, working within a flexible hybrid setup. ServiceNow is a global leader in AI-powered cloud platforms, helping organisations connect people, systems, and processes to work smarter and faster at scale.
On the Impact team, you’ll design experiences that help customers realise value quickly, adopt tools with confidence, maintain platform health, and scale effectively. Your work will simplify complex enterprise tools, making them intuitive, actionable, and easy to use for global customers. Designers at ServiceNow collaborate closely with product management and engineering from the very start, with design having a strong voice in shaping product direction.
In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end product design, from understanding user needs through to high-fidelity design execution. You’ll contribute innovative design solutions, present your work within cross-functional teams, and actively participate in feedback and design reviews. The role suits a designer with a growth mindset, strong communication skills, and experience designing web or software products, ideally with exposure to AI-powered tools or workflows.
