Product Designer

Toast is hiring a Product Designer to join its Guest organisation in Dublin, working in a hybrid setup with two days per week in the office. Toast builds technology that helps restaurants and local businesses succeed, powering everything from operations and marketing to guest engagement and loyalty.

In this role, you’ll sit within the Digital Storefront and Marketing team, designing experiences that connect a restaurant’s digital presence with the warmth of an in-person dining experience. You’ll own end-to-end design for features across the guest journey, from discovery through to high-fidelity execution, working with strong autonomy and a clear sense of ownership.

You’ll use research, analytics, and restaurant feedback to inform design decisions, breaking down complex workflows such as online ordering and loyalty into intuitive, hospitality-led experiences. Partnering closely with product managers and engineers, you’ll make your work visible early and often, using storytelling and collaboration to align on direction and ensure technical feasibility. You’ll contribute to and evolve the Toast design system, delivering polished, scalable solutions that account for real-world restaurant constraints.

This role suits a designer with 3+ years of product design experience who thrives in ambiguity, values collaboration, and takes pride in high craft and execution. A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking, comfort using data to drive decisions, and the ability to simplify complex systems into clear user journeys is essential.
