UX/UI Designer
Trinny London
Trinny London is a fast-growing beauty brand founded in 2017, focused on simplifying makeup and skincare routines through innovative products and a strong digital experience. As one of Europe’s fastest-growing beauty companies, Trinny London combines product innovation with a customer-first mindset and a collaborative, inclusive culture.
The UX/UI Designer will join Trinny London’s UX/UI team and report into the Head of UX/UI. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, development, and UX research to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences across web platforms.
You will design user interfaces that balance usability, accessibility, and strong visual craft, translating research insights and business requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaboration with the Junior UX Researcher will be key, ensuring that user feedback and testing results directly inform design iterations across internal tools and platforms.
This role involves contributing to reusable UI components and evolving design consistency across the site, while supporting the delivery of strategic UX/UI initiatives within agreed timelines. You’ll partner closely with developers throughout design and implementation to ensure feasibility and fidelity, and work with marketing and product teams to align design decisions with broader business goals.
You’ll champion user-centred design principles, advocate for internal customer needs, and stay up to date with emerging UX/UI trends, accessibility standards, and best practices. There is also an opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and shared craft within the design team.
The ideal candidate has a strong visual design foundation, a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX and UI execution for web platforms, and experience working in agile, cross-functional environments. While prior experience in luxury beauty or fashion is a plus, curiosity, adaptability, and attention to detail are highly valued.
Trinny London offers a hybrid working model with flexible hours, generous holiday allowance, wellbeing initiatives, a personal development budget, and a yearly product allowance to explore the full Trinny London range. The company places strong emphasis on inclusivity, collaboration, and supporting team members to thrive both professionally and personally.
