UI/UX Designer

REalyse

REalyse is seeking a multidisciplinary UX/UI Designer who thrives at the intersection of product design, AI-assisted marketing content creation, and data-driven optimisation. You will own the entire design journey from concept to delivery, while also producing compelling marketing assets that tell the REalyse story and engage users. Collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing will be central to creating experiences that are functional, inspiring, and commercially impactful.

About Us

REalyse is a vibrant and ambitious team tackling big problems in real estate data and analytics. With cross-functional technology teams, we focus on innovation, creativity, and intelligence to address the industry’s toughest challenges. As we scale and transform our datasets for new product lines, while maintaining stability in existing products, you’ll clearly see your contribution to the company’s success in a supportive yet challenging environment.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of professional UX/UI design experience within SaaS, B2B, or B2C products is required. You should be skilled in Figma, product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Hotjar, or Pendo, and have experience conducting user research and translating findings into impactful design. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional strengths include experience with AI-assisted creative workflows, marketing asset creation, and campaign design. A background in data visualisation or geospatial design, as well as leadership or mentorship in design or product functions, would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end design process across REalyse’s digital products, from research and ideation to prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and delivery. Using analytics tools, you will monitor user behaviour, identify friction points, and validate design decisions.

Alongside product design, you will create marketing creatives and campaigns—from landing pages to visuals for ads and social media—leveraging AI tools for ideation and asset production. You will also conduct user research, run usability testing, and drive a culture of experimentation through continuous testing, learning, and refining. Collaboration with Marketing will ensure data-informed, high-conversion campaigns and product launches.

Benefits

The benefits package includes a personal performance bonus, employer pension contribution, 25 days of annual leave plus generous parental leave, regular social events, meetups and game nights, and access to educational resources and training. The role also offers participation in an employee equity scheme, within an international and diverse team.
