Product Designer

Dow Jones is hiring a Product Designer I to join its Technology organisation in Barcelona, working within the Risk & Compliance portfolio. Dow Jones is a global provider of news and business information, home to products including The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch, and Dow Jones Risk & Compliance.

In this role, you’ll report into the Senior Manager of Product Design for Risk & Compliance and contribute to feature-level design across key products such as Risk Centre and third-party risk tools. You’ll focus on translating product requirements into clear, usable designs that align with established design patterns and systems, while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering partners, communicating design rationale using user research and design principles, and supporting scalable delivery through well-documented design artefacts and developer handoff. This role is well suited to an early-career designer with 0–2 years of experience who wants exposure to complex, data-driven products in a global technology environment.
