Product Designer

Just Eat Takeaway.com is hiring a Product Designer to join its Customer and Partner Care pillar in London. In this role, you’ll focus on the acquisition and onboarding experience for partners, designing journeys that help restaurants and partners get onto the platform quickly and confidently.

You’ll work within an empowered, cross-functional product team that prioritises research and data to deeply understand user needs before moving into solution design. From early concepts through to pixel-perfect UI, you’ll design intuitive, engaging web experiences used by both partners and internal teams. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and the design systems team to ensure high-quality execution and consistency across the partner web experience.

This role sits within a large, international UX organisation of 100+ designers, researchers, and writers across multiple countries. You’ll regularly engage with users, run and support research and usability testing, and use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions. Strong visual craft, experience designing end-to-end product experiences, and confidence working with design systems are key to success.
