UX/UI Designer

Enpal is hiring a UX/UI Designer (f/m/x) to join its Berlin-based product team, working in a hybrid setup. Enpal is a leading European greentech company focused on making clean, decentralised energy accessible to homeowners through solar, storage, heat pumps, EV charging, and intelligent energy platforms.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the product’s visual experience, with a strong focus on high-quality UI across web and mobile platforms. Working independently as the sole designer, you’ll craft intuitive, consistent interfaces while collaborating closely with Product Managers to shape priorities and influence the future direction of Enpal’s energy platform.

You’ll support UX initiatives by translating user research and feedback into clear, usable interfaces, while also building, maintaining, and evolving the design system. You’ll participate in design reviews and product discussions with the wider Product team, balancing usability, visual craft, and brand consistency in everything you ship.

This role suits a designer with at least three years of experience who enjoys autonomy, has a strong eye for UI detail, and is comfortable owning design projects end-to-end in a fast-moving product environment. Experience working closely with product partners and confidence articulating design decisions are key.
