About the Role
Clio is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Clio Operate team in the UK. Clio Operate is an enterprise-grade practice and matter management platform built to help law firms plan, manage, and deliver complex legal work with precision and confidence. As part of Clio's Enterprise division, this role sits at the heart of Clio's most ambitious growth story — Operate grew revenue by ~100% in 2025. This is a hybrid role, with in-office presence expected a minimum of two days per week at one of Clio's UK hubs (Manchester, London, or Dublin).
What You'll Work On
Design end-to-end experiences for enterprise legal workflows including matter management, task tracking, resource planning, and operational reporting.
Partner with Product and Engineering to understand the complexity of enterprise legal operations and find the right design solutions.
Concept, prototype, design, and present solutions that solve both business and user problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to deepen understanding of how enterprise legal teams operate.
Leverage metrics to drive product design and measure success, and provide thoughtful feedback in team critiques.
What We're Looking For
6+ years of experience in product design, with SaaS or enterprise experience preferred.
Experience designing complex workflow or operational products used by professional teams.
Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, with strong skills in user research, interaction design, and accessibility.
A track record of shipping products that solve customer problems and move company metrics.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
