Senior Product Designer
Ticketmaster
Ticketmaster is the world's largest ticket marketplace and a part of Live Nation Entertainment — the world's leading live entertainment company. Their global mobile app team crafts high-impact products that connect millions of fans to the live events they love, across music, sports, arts, and theatre in 20+ markets worldwide.
About the Role
As Senior Product Designer for the Marketplace Global App team, you will shape the experience for millions of fans who search, browse, buy, and enter events from their phones. Working with a globally distributed team, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to pixel-perfect final deliverables — designing innovative, personal, and memorable fan experiences at scale.
What You'll Do
Use core information architecture and interaction design skills to take product design deliverables through a full project lifecycle.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive design research where required, and produce user flows, journey maps, and storyboards.
Generate wireframes, prototypes, and animated or interactive assets with minimal supervision.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering.
Work with Analytics and Product Management teams to make measurable, data-driven UX decisions.
Understand and translate long-term vision and strategic business goals into compelling design solutions.
What We're Looking For
Strong grounding in digital product design — including UX, interface design, mobile app design, and interaction design.
Proven experience with high-traffic mobile applications, preferably B2C e-commerce properties.
Fully conversant in Figma and experience working with pattern libraries and design systems.
Experience using AI tools in design workflows to enhance collaboration, accelerate prototyping, and improve design-to-code handoff.
Strong creative problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
What We Offer
A permanent, full-time role at the world's largest live entertainment company with a commanding global presence.
Hybrid working based in London, with flexibility to accommodate a globally distributed team.
Access to free live events through an exclusive employee ticketing programme.
Comprehensive benefits including generous vacation, healthcare, retirement, and student loan repayment.
