Product Designer

Eye Security

Eye Security is a European cybersecurity company providing enterprise-grade security with embedded cyber insurance solutions. Headquartered in the Netherlands with over 170 team members, they combine cutting-edge technology with hands-on expertise to detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats in real time — making enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to every business.

About the Role

Eye Security is looking for a Product Designer who thrives on working with complex, meaningful problems. The role focuses on understanding and documenting user workflows across multiple touchpoints and translating those insights into clear, functional interfaces. This is for someone who looks beyond visual polish — great design here is about understanding systems, listening to users, and creating experiences that truly work.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the full design process — from discovery to delivery — with guidance from senior designers.

  • Conduct user research with customers and analysts, and help translate findings into product requirements.

  • Map and document security workflows across internal operational teams and end-users, surfacing friction points along the way.

  • Contribute to Baseplate, Eye Security's internal design system, by documenting components and maintaining design standards.

  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in UX, product, or interaction design.

  • Experience with or strong interest in Enterprise SaaS or B2B products.

  • Solid skills in designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, with proficiency in Figma.

  • Genuine curiosity about cybersecurity and the challenges faced by security operations teams.

  • Clear communication skills to articulate design thinking to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

What We Offer

  • Immediate impact on a growing company with a clear vision and category-leading ambitions in European cybersecurity.

  • Reporting directly to the VP of Product, with valuable insights into the overall product direction.

  • Competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

  • Flexible working — London (remote), Berlin or The Hague (hybrid).
